Essentially you are paying for an online service to help you make your document.

At the end of the process (after you have paid) we will email you a PDF document which you can print out on a printer.

You will not be able to modify that document on your computer. To make changes you will need to return to our site (using the link we provide) and we will email you the revised version.

You will be able to make changes for up to 7 days. After that time we will delete your details.

So to use our service you need to give us a functional email address and you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer (almost all computers already have this - you can down load it for free here), and you will need access to a printer of some kind.
